
About our Health and Fitness Program
Our Health and Fitness Program has been developed by a team of enthusiasts who felt there was a need for better health and fitness opportunities for the wider community.
It has been designed to encourage healthy living practices with a priority that everyone, no matter what age or ability can participate.
Now there is a place to exercise safely that does not have expensive contracts in one of the most beautiful settings in the hills.
We anticipate an expansion of the Program throughout the year as we introduce new Programs for our community and will include fun recreational activities as well. Come along and join the Pickering Brook Sports Club Health and Fitness Program and enjoy exercise in a fun and social environment.

New Fitness Program from Tuesday morning 5th May 2009 from 9am - 10am with Michael Caruso of Sole Fitness.
4 Sessions for $50 including Free Evaluation, circuit work and ongoing support and advise.

Walking Group offered for anyone wanting basic fitness and an opportunity to meet new people. Commencing Monday July 28th from 9am -10am.
BYO Water Bottle and suitable walking shoes. Cost is FREE and weather dependent.
