Agricultural Society
A highlight of the yearly calendar, the Pickering Brook Agricultural Show is becoming increasingly popular every year.
This year it will be held on Saturday May 8th, 2010.
In conjunction with the Agricultural Society this event showcases Equestrian Events, Log Chopping and Cooking/Craft sections plus the famous sideshow alley and showbags for all ages.
All qualifying Equestrian Events will be held on Sunday 9th May 2010.
With a focus on Community Spirit, Pickering Brook comes alive with wine tasting, pony rides, animal farms, market style stalls and performances and displays by local school and community groups.
This is a great day out for the family culminating in children’s games and
the famous Fireworks display generously sponsored by local businesses.
